Hey everyone! So I’m sure most of you know by now that I am a huge fan of Vichy. I’ve been a huge fan of them since 2009 when I first tried their foundation (I don’t remember which one it was and from what I’ve seen I don’t think they have it anymore) but it was one of the best foundations I’d ever used and so began the love of Vichy Laboratories.
I feel super thankful that throughout my blogging journey I have had the opportunity to work with Vichy and receive PR from them for review purposes, and just in time for Black Friday I am happy to let you guys know that I will have my own code (yay!) for you all to use from November 22 to 26 so that you can receive 25% off all Vichy orders online! (code: FRIDAYXUNA). I have also been informed that if you spend $60+ you will receive free shipping, and if you spend $90 or more, you will receive a 13 piece gift!
I do have a few Vichy posts on the blog already and I will link them for you at the end of this post, but I did go ahead and take a picture of some of my favorite products which I will list here with a quick blurb in case any of you are too lazy (like me) to go and read the full posts, so here we go!
Vichy Quenching Mineral Mask, Pore Purifying Clay Mask & Double Glow Peel Mask (cover photo): These masks are three of my favorite masks! I did receive them all together however you don’t necessarily need all three unless you really want them all. My personal favorite is the Clay Mask as it helps with my pores and seriously helps out on those PMS-acne days. The Double Glow Peel mask is also great for rebalancing the texture on your face, helping with redness and leaving your skin soft and smooth. The Quenching Mineral Mask is a Godsend to anyone with dry skin (especially in the winter time). You can use it as an overnight mask simply by applying it before bed, waiting 5-10 minutes and then what I like to do is take off the excess product with a dry paper towel and rubbing whatever is left over into my face. Each mask retails for $34.00 each.
Vichy Mineral 89 Daily Booster: this product was my go-to moisturizer ALL summer long as it was the perfect balance of hydration without being greasy, thick or overwhelming. It’s a combination of Vichy’s MineralizingThermal Water & hyaluronic acid which acts as a strengthener to the skins barrier function. During summer time, I didn’t need a lot of hydrating moisturizers so I mostly used this alone, however now that it is winter I’m finding I need triple the hydration so I use this as a serum that comes before moisturizer. I’ve also used it without applying a primer before makeup and it’s held up amazingly well. This Beauty Award-Winning product retails for $39.95.
Vichy Normaderm Skinbalance: this product is part of the Vichy Normaderm line, which tackles acne and oil control. This particular product is a balancing aquagel that is both mattifying & hydrating. I really like using this as a primer on days that I plan on doing a full matte glam look as it helps mattify my face and really removes any oiliness that I’m experiencing, aaaand it also covers up my pores resulting in a soft and smooth surface that’s ready for makeup application! This moisturizer retails for $19.95.
Vichy Normaderm 3-Step Acne & Oil Control Routine: If you have skin like mine, AKA if your skin is combination with an oily t-zone and chin, but dry cheeks, and you tend to break out right before you get your period then this is a great skin care routine for you! Once I started using this day & night I noticed a change extremely fast and my skin has been much easier to maintain (yes I still get breakouts but that’s because hormones suck). You start with a gel cleanser (ps. gel cleansers are the best for this skintype), follow with a toner (this is BY FAR my favorite toner to date, and I have around 4 on deck at the moment), and finish with the Corrective Anti-Acne Treatment. The Anti-Acne Treatment is basically a 24hr oil free moisturizer that tackles your acne. I normally use this one during my night time routine as a spot corrector instead of all over. This product retails for $29.95, the cleanser & toner both retail for $19.95 each. This is a SUPER affordable skin care routine that directly tackles acne and issues with oil on the skin.
Thank you all for reading as usual! I hope everyone enjoys their Black Friday and snags some fab finds! 🙂
